采用标准IPM模块的低成本功率因数校正

摘要 研究了现有3种适合低成本变频器特点的功率因数校正PFC(Power Factor Correction)电路方案.针对这些电路的优缺点及存在的问题,提出新的二极管全桥整流配合单开关PFC电路方案.研究涉及的电路方案都具有使用标准封装IPM模块的特点,特别适合在单相-三相低成本变频调速系统中应用. Three PFC circuits adapted to low cost converter are discussed. To overcome disadvantages of the circuits, an improved one is proposed, which consisted of diode full-rectifying-bridge and singleswitch PFC circuit. All schemes researched in this paper have a common characteristic that they all use standard six-switch IPM conveniently, so can be applied to low cost single-three phase converter adaptively.
