摘要
反思性教学是外语教师进行教学研究与自我发展的一种新途径,它在我国大学英语教学中有着重要的意义。大学英语反思性教学通过对教师、学习者双方面教学过程的研究,探讨了如何提高大学英语的教学效率和教学效果。反思性教学必须遵循源于实践、用于实践的原则;可采取的方法有:教学日志和学习日记,合作研究,教学观摩,专家听课,教学评估,调查问卷,教学录像或录音的研究等。
Reflective teaching, which plays a significant role in college English teaching, is a new approach for English teachers to conduct teaching research and self - development. The reflective teaching of college English ponders the teaching process between the teachers and the learners and discusses how to improve the teaching efficiencies. The reflective teaching should be based on practice and used for practice and we can adopt the following methods: writing teaching and learning diaries, collaboration study, watching teaching, experts inspecting, teaching evaluation, questionnaire, the study of the kinescopes and records of the teaching practice, and so on.
