摘要
研究了CO+CO2、CO-CO2-H2系气体压力对还原度、金属化率、碳化铁率的影响,通过实验研究得到:提高压力加速了还原、析碳和渗碳反应。温度700℃、反应时间180 m in、气体成分80%CO+20%CO2,压力0.2 MPa条件下,产物的还原度、金属化率和碳化铁率均超过了60%;相同温度、反应时间条件下,气体成分为75%CO+25%CO2,压力为0.48MPa产物的三个指标都超过了85%。氢气有促进还原和抑制析碳的双重作用。
we studied the effects of series CO-CO2 & CO-CO2-H2 gas pressure on the reduction degree, metallc ratio and Iron Carbide ratio. Finally,the results from experimental research were achiveed as follow : Raising pressure enhances the mineral reduction, carbon separation and carburization. The reduction degree ,metallic ratio and Iron Carbide ratio of the reduction product were all over 60% when T = 700℃, t = 180min, P = 0.2MPa and gas mixture proportion 80% CO +20% CO2 ;The three indexes were all over 85% when T = 700% ,t = 180min,P = 0.48MPa and mixture proportion 75% CO + 25CO2.
