Robust Synthesis of Linkages

将设计变量作为随机变量,建立了连杆机构稳健性优化设计的数学模型,并以一个四杆机构为例进行了说明,将传统的确定性优化设计的结果与稳健性优化设计的结果进行了对比。

A probabillstic model for linkage is constructed and a robust synthesis procedure of the path generating mechanism is presented. Both the strutural and mechanical errors are incorporated in the presented approach. A four-bar path generating linkage is selected for numerical illustration. The comparison of the results from the robust synthesis procedure with those from the traditional deterministic synthesis indicates that the former is obviously advantageous over the latter.
