摘要
为了防止反向裂缝,在旧水泥路面与沥青加铺层之间铺设土工布防裂层,土工布的加铺对层间粘结性能会产生负面影响。采用压剪试验方法研究了土工布及其浸油量、旧水泥混凝土表面处理、粘结材料种类等因素对旧水泥混凝土与沥青面层之间粘结性能的影响规律。结果表明,采用高粘度改性沥青、增加旧水泥路面粗糙度、提高路面压实度可明显改善旧水泥路面基层与沥青面层之间的界面粘结性能,研究结果可为旧水泥路面改造工程的粘结层设计提供依据。
In order to prevent reflection cracking, geotextile as a kind of anti-cracking layer between old cement concrete pavement and bituminous overiay is placed, leading to negative effect for bonding performance between layers. Adopting pressing and shearing test, the law of the bonding performance of the interface between old cement concrete and bituminous overlayer affected by the factors of geotextile and its amount of bitumen, old cement concrete surface treatments is studied. The result shows that adopting the high viscous modified bitumen, increasing roughness of old cement concrete pavement, improving pavement compactness can obviously improve the bonding performance of the interface between old cement concrete and bituminous overlayer. The result can give a scientific basis to the design of bonding layer in the reconstructed project of old cement concrete pavements.
