摘要 介绍1 770,1 870,1 960MPa强度级的A类、AB类、B类锌层面质量的镀锌制绳钢丝的3种生产工艺,即先拉后镀、中镀后拉、先镀后拉。选择生产工艺要根据用户的不同要求、设备性能及技术条件确定;热镀锌钢丝半成品直径要根据不同的生产工艺和强度级别制定。 Three kinds of production processes of steel wire galvanized by dipping for rope with 1 770,1 870,1 960 MPa strength level and A, AB, B kind of Zn-coat mass are introduced such as galvanizing by dipping after drawing, drawing after medium galvanizing by dipping and drawing after galvanizing by dipping. Production process is selected according to the consumers' different requirements, characteristics of equipment and technology condition; semi finished diameter of steel wire galvanized by dipping is made according to different production process and strength level.
