摘要
分析水箱拉丝机皂液单独循环的弊端,并提出改进方法.实行皂液的集中循环,并在皂液池中设置蒸汽加热装置、水循环冷却装置、杂质沉淀及过滤装置、浓缩液溶解及添加装置,可保证皂液工作温度在40～50℃,减少皂液中的有害成分,延长皂液的使用寿命.
To analyze disadvantage of soap liquid cycling solely of wet wire drawing machine and put forward improving methods. Centralized cycle of soap liquid is carried out and steam heating set, water cycling and cooling set, impurity depositing and filtrating set, concentration liquid dissolving and adding set are installed in the soap liquid pool. It can ensure work temperature at 40 -50 ℃ in order to decrease harmful composition in soap liquid and prolong the using life of soap liquid.
