摘要 凝血酶敏感蛋白2(TSP-2)是凝血酶敏感蛋白家族中的一员,是有效的内源性肿瘤微血管生成抑制剂。在体外试验、动物实验及临床肿瘤的研究中,发现TSP-2的表达与肿瘤微血管生成、肿瘤细胞的黏附和侵袭都有密切的关系。现综述TSP-2在肿瘤研究和治疗中的新进展。
