摘要 控缓释制剂是一种新型药物剂型,与传统药物相比,达到了增效减毒的目的,对毒性大的抗肿瘤药意义非凡。近年来在肝癌研究方面取得了令人鼓舞的成果,拓宽了肝癌治疗尤其是化疗的思路。控缓释制剂包括多种形态,可经多途径给药应用于肝癌治疗。
