前体淋巴母细胞淋巴瘤的研究及治疗进展 被引量：4

Lymphoblastic lymphoma: research and treatment

摘要 前体淋巴母细胞淋巴瘤(LBL)是一种高度侵袭性淋巴瘤,好发于儿童和青年。LBL 是一种具有治愈潜能的疾病,需及时诊断和尽快开始恰当的强化治疗。类似急性淋巴细胞白血病方案联合中枢神经系统预防,可显著提高LBL患者的缓解率和长期生存率。许多患者可经单纯的化疗治愈,自体和异基因造血干细胞移植的适应证尚需进一步分层和随机对照研究。另外需提高预后不良患者的鉴别水平,对这类患者采用更强的治疗或研究新的治疗策略。
