摘要
为了研究连续采煤机的动力学行为,提高采煤机工作机构的设计质量,根据实际工况,分析了连续采煤机截割滚筒的运动轨迹,建立了采煤机滚筒截齿的轨迹方程、速度方程和加速度方程,通过计算机仿真,分析了滚筒转速、垂直摆动速度对截齿运动参数的影响,为合理选择截割滚筒的工作参数和提高工作机构的设计质量提供了理论依据。
To study dynamic character and improve design quality of the continuous miner drums,based on work condition of continuous miner, the paper analyzes moving locus of the cutting drums, and establishes the moving locus, velocity and acceleration equations of a pick on the cutting drums. It analyzes the effect of the rotation velocity and the vertical swinging velocity of the cutting drums on the moving parameters of the picks through computer simulation, and gives the theoretical basis of choosing work parameters and improving design quality of the continuous miner drums.
