摘要
为了合成一个新的螺环原酸酯单体,即带有螺环原酸酯结构单元的环氧树脂(E-54),采用该单体对环氧树脂(E-44)进行改性, 可以减少残留在树脂基体中的环氧基团,通过对试验观察到的现象进行讨论,结果说明该单体与环氧树脂之问发生了共聚固化反应, 并且改性环氧树脂的粘接强度在一定浓度范围内则随预聚物的加入量的增加而增加。
The modification of epoxy resin is described using a new monomer containing spiro orthoester. It is found that the addition of monomer into epoxy resin system enhances the conversion of epoxy groups. The adhesive tensile and shear strengths of the modified epoxy resin increase obviously as the content of the monomer increases. The above observed phenomena are discussed, and the relationship between shrinkage and adhesive strengths is investigated.
