摘要
在堆高为4.6 m的散装小麦4个平房仓中进行不同施药量的膜下环流熏蒸和非环流熏蒸的对比试验,磷化铝片剂的施药量分别为1 g/m3、1.5 g/m3、2 g/m3和2 g/m3时,检测磷化氢的浓度变化情况和杀虫效果.在试验仓房的密闭性符合现行技术规程要求的情况下,较低施药量时粮堆中磷化氢浓度可以达到较高的水平,并且分布较为均匀.敏感品系的害虫较抗性害虫更易杀死,对于抗性(Rf=327)较高的赤拟谷盗可以在12~15天的时间内完全杀死.
Comparative test of phosphine fumigation between recirculation under film and non - recirculation were carried out in four warehouses stored bulk wheat. The dosage of aluminium phosphide tablets was 1 g/m^3, 1.5g/ m^3, 2 g/m^3 and 2g/m^3 respectively. Under the condition of more than 40 seconds from 500 Pa to 250 Pa in pressure test, phosphine concentration can be maintained higher level uniformly. All insects included tested insects in cage were controlled completely. The higher the resistance of the strain is , the longer exposure time is needed. Tribolium castaneum of high resistance (Rf= 327) can be killed completely within 12- 15 days.
