丹紫康膝冲剂对膝关节退行性骨关节病患者氧自由基代谢的影响

Dan Zi Kang Xi Chong Ji's Effect on Oxygen Free radical Metabolism of the patients of Retrograde Osteoarthrosis of Knee Joint.

采用邻苯三酚自氧化抑制法和硫代巴比妥酸比色法检测了82例膝关节退行性骨关节病(膝 OA)患者红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性及血浆过氧化脂质(LPO)含量,与健康组比较,患者的 SOD 活性明显下降,LPO 含量明显升高(P<0.01)。此外,观察了中药丹紫康膝冲剂对44例膝 OA 患者氧自由基代谢的影响,并与对照组38例进行比较。结果显示:服药2月后,治疗组在提高患者 SOD 活性,降低 LPO 含量方面优于对照组(P<0.01)。提示:膝 OA 患者均有不同程度的氧自由基代谢紊乱,氧自由基与膝 OA、骨内高压、血瘀证关系密切。丹紫康膝冲剂能够治疗膝 OA,其机理与重用活血化瘀药物,清除氧自由基,改善微循环有关。

The methods of pyrogallol and thiobarituric acid (TBA) fluorometry were used to test the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in blood cells and content of lipid peroxide(LPO)in blood plasma of 82 patients who suffered from retrogeade osteoarthrosis of knee joint,the result showed that SOD activity decreased significantl and LPO content increased markedly in the patients than that of the normal(P<0. 01),and the effect of Dan Zi Xi Chang Ji(DZKXCJ) on oxygem free radical metabolism of the patients was observed.The result showed that SOD activity increased significantly and LPO content decreased markedly in 44 cases of experimental group treated by DZKXCJ than that of 38 cases of control group(P<0.01).It indicats that:patients suffering from retrogeade osteoarthrosis of knee joint vary in disturbance of oxygen free radical metaboism and the oxygen free radical is connected closely with intraseous hypertension and blood stasis,and the principle that DZKXCJ cures retrograde osteoarthrosis of knee joint is connected with using a great deal of blood activator to get rid of oxgyen free redical and improve microcirculaton.
