摘要
本文采用高氯酸对植物叶片中氟化物含量浸取,以柠檬酸钠-氯化钠-冰醋酸所组成的总离子强度调节剂(TISAB),PH控制在5.0~6.0之间,氟离子选择电极法测定植物叶片中微量氟,并简述TISAB对测定[F-]的影响.文中采用了标准曲线法计算试样中的微量氟,其方法简便、灵敏、准确.并得出化肥厂的芒果树、南瓜藤受到污染,其氟含量随距离的增加而减少,化肥厂属于氟污染源的结论.
Perchloric acid is used in extracting the fluoride content in plant leaves, which is socked in the TISAB combined with citric acid and sodium chloride. The PH is controlled in 5.0-6.0. The paper briefly discusses the influence of the TISAB on the testing of the fluoride content in plant leaves. A method of curve calculated determination is applied. This method is simple, sensitive and accurate. Finally, a conclusion is made that the mango tree leaves and the pumpkin vine near the Yulin fertilizer factory are fluoride polluted, and the pollution is lessened with the distance getting bigger. Theretbre, the Yulin fertilizer factory can be the source of fluoride pollution.
