摘要
通过工程实例介绍了大型通用有限元软件ANSYS在双曲线冷却塔结构设计中的应用.计算分析表明:风荷载是冷却塔结构设计中的控制荷载;人字柱截面设计一般由拉弯工况控制;设计地震7度时冷却塔一般可以不作抗震验算仅采取抗震构造措施.
Hyperbolic cooling towers are special structures in secondary circulation cooling system. Tall tower must be designed with more than two mechanical models. ANSYS software can be used efficiently in cooling tower structure analysis. This analysis method is used in some projects. The results prove that wind load is most important. Diagonal column section is controlled by axial tension and bending moment. The seismic load must not be computed in zone 7, but seismic forti- fication measures must be adopted.
