摘要
根据保留指数随温度变化的关系式得出保留指数随温度变化的三种规律,运用气相色谱实验获得了较好的验证;并从色谱热力学函数分析了保留指数随温度变化规律的主要原因是由于在色谱分离过程中不同的熵变和焓变所造成的。
In this paper, three laws of retain indices with temperature variation were deduced from the formula about retention index with temperature variation, and validated very well by gas chromatography experiment. The changing law of retention index with temperature from chromatographic thermal function resulted from the variation of different entropy and enthalpy during the chromatographic separation.
