摘要
以YC6112ZLQ增压中冷柴油机为基础,对有关零部件进行了结构改进设计,开发出YC6112电控稀薄燃烧CNG单燃料发动机。通过大量的匹配与优化试验,完成了发动机运行所需软硬件的开发和标定工作。验证试验证明:所开发的CNG单燃料发动机,动力性和经济性完全达到了设计指标的要求,排放达到了欧Ⅱ标准。填补了我国大型公交车用高档CNG单燃料发动机的空白。
Based on YC6112ZLQ turbocharged and intercooled diesel engine, improvement has been carried out on the structure of relative parts and YC6112 electronic controlled lean bum CNG Mono-Fuel engine is developed. Through a great number of matching tests and optimization tests, the development and calibration of the software and hardware of the engine are accomplished. Test result shows that the power and economic performance of the CNG Mono-Fuel engine comply with the request of design target and the emission reaches Euro Ⅱ. The engine is the first advanced CNG mono-fuel engine for large bus in China.
