摘要
给出不同盘槽位置角气垫压力的计算公式。通过实例计算,用图形表示气垫压力的分布规律,使之一目了然。给出两种 气垫厚度的分布公式,作出图形,将其与文献给出的实验结果相对比,说明由能量守恒定理得到的气垫厚度分布规律是正确 的,由此得出:气垫厚度对称分布,在中间位置处气垫厚度达到最大值,向两边逐渐减小,最大厚度约为最小厚度的6.4倍。
A calculating formula of fir-cushion pressure is introduced. The air-cushion pressure distributing law is dearly showed by the graph from a real example. Tow distributing laws of air-cushion thickness are presented. Comparing with data from other articles, the calculating formula deriving from law of conversion of energy is correct. It is showed that the thickness of air-cushion is symmetrically distributed, the maximum appearing at the middle point is 6.4 times as much as the minimum, and dwindles toward both sides.
