乳化技术用于FCC反应实验系统的研究

摘要 模拟工业生产装置对原有催化裂化(FCC)实验系统逐步优化,内容包括设置原料与水蒸气混合加热炉;水蒸气发生炉 前置水加热器并使水蒸气能够连续进料;增加反应沉降空间,沉降器顶部设过滤器;干气采用湿式流量计计量,液化气使用溶 剂吸收计量等。结果表明:改造后,优化了FCC操作条件,提高了汽油收率,降低了生焦量;极大的减少了油气中催化剂夹 带,方便了操作,减少了油品损失;使计量更准确;为乳化油的工业应用提供了依据。 The old experimental system of FCC was optimized to simulate commercial units step by step. Optimized items included setting the mixed heater of feedstock and vapor, setting water-heater before vapor generator and continuous feed-in for vapor, increasing reactive sedimentation space, setting filter on the top of sedimentation, computation dry gas with wet gas-flow meter, measure LPG with solvent absorbing, etc. As a result, after revamping, the operational conditions of FCC were optimized, the yield of gasoline was increased, the coke yield was decreased, the catalyst of oil gas was reduced obviously. So the operation became convenient, the loss of oil products was reduced and measure was more exact. Consequently, the above results supplied a basis for commercial application of emulsified oil.
