摘要 研究不同年龄、体重三角帆蚌在不同温度下耗氧率、排氨率.结果表明,温度和蚌的年龄、体重对耗氧率、排氨率均有显著影响.三角帆蚌的耗氧率、排氨率与其体重之间呈负相幂函数关系.温度在(9~27) ℃范围时,耗氧率、排氨率随温度升高而升高.30 ℃时,耗氧率、排氨率显著降低.三角帆蚌在低氧(0.2 mg·L-1)环境中至少能存活120 h. The oxygen consumption and ammonia - N excretion rates of Hyriopsis cumingii (Lea) were measured under different body weights, ages and temperatures. The results show that oxygen consumption and ammonia - N excretion rates of Hyriopsis cumingii (Lea) are negatively correlated with their body weights and ages ,while they are positively correlated with water temperature in optimum temperature(9 -27 )℃, the rates of oxygen consumption and ammonia - N excretion decrease obviously at 30 ℃. The experiment has also proved that the mussels can survive in the container with 0.2 mg · L^-1 Dissolved Oxygen for at least 120 hours.
