摘要 斑马鱼是一种常见的热带淡水鱼,体型小,世代周期短,繁殖率高,饲养管理廉价方便, 饲养成本低。其胚胎透明,且在体外受精和发育。这些生物学特性使其成为了毒理学家们的新宠, 目前它已被广泛地用于胚胎发育毒理学、环境毒理学、病理毒理学、药物毒理学等毒理学领域的研究中,并展现出其特有的优势。 Zebrafish is a small tropical aquarium fish with short generation cycle and high reproductivity. It's inexpensive and easy to care for in laboratory. Further more, large numbers of embryos can be produced year round and the optically transparent embryos fertilize and develop externally. All these advances have made this small aquarium fish a new “pet” of toxicologists. Zebrafish has been widely utilized in embryonic and developmental toxicology, and pharmaceutical toxicology research. environmental toxicology, pathological toxicology
