皮牵手法整复小夹板外固定治疗胫腓骨干骨折 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察皮肤牵引手法整复小夹板外固定加中药辨证论治对胫腓骨干骨折的治疗效果.方法:306例胫腓骨干骨折患者随机分为治疗组和对照组.治疗组153例,男104例,女49例;年龄21~65岁,平均(38.33±8.40)岁;采用皮肤牵引手法整复小夹板外固定加中药辨证论治.对照组153例,男102例,女51例;年龄20~64岁,平均(38.12±9.30)岁;采用切开复位钢板螺丝钉内固定.观察两组疗效并进行统计学比较.结果:全部患者均获随访,随访时间6个月~6年,平均38个月.依据<中医病证诊断疗效标准>.治愈率治疗组(128例,占83.66%)明显优于对照组(108例,70.59%)(P<0.01);总有效率治疗组(98.69%)明显优于对照组(88.89%)(P<0.01);平均骨折愈合时间治疗组(38.83±3.92)d明显优于对照组(57.24±4.53)d(P<0.01).结论:皮牵手法整复小夹板外固定加中药辨证论治治疗胫腓骨干骨折固定可靠,经济方便,骨折愈合时间短,疗效显著. Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of skin traction,manipulation reduction,splint external fixation and Chinese herb in differentiation for treating fractures of tibia and fibula. Methods: Three hundreds and six patients with fractures of tibia and fibula were randomly divided into two groups: a treatment group and a control group. In the treatment group, 153 patients (104 male, 49 female; the average age of (38.33 ± 8.4) years ranging in age from 21 to 65 years) received skin traction,manipulation reduction,splint external fixation and Chinese herb on differentiation. In the control group, the other 153 patients were treated by open reduction and internal fixation. The therapeutic effect in two groups were observed and statistically compared. Results:All the patients were followed up for an average time of 38 months (6 months~6 years). In the treatment group, the rate of lull recovery was 83.66 % within ( 38.83± 3.92 ) days, while the rate of total effectiveness was 98.69 %. The counterparts in the other group were 70.59 %, ( 57.24± 4.53) days, and 88.89% respectively. There were statistically significant differences( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: This method is characterized by reliable fixation, convenient and economical, short time of bone healing and significant effectiveness.
