摘要 在应变速率为5.56×10-5~5.56×10-3s-1的范围内,从223~773K,每间隔25K,对3004铝合金进行系列拉伸试验;通过激活能的计算、内耗研究、微观组织观察和能谱分析,探讨3004铝合金动态应变时效的微观机制.结果表明:经动态应变时效后,出现了内耗温度峰;位错组态严重缠结,在缠结处存在Mg原子,认为该合金的动态应变时效现象是由于Mg溶质原子气团通过空位扩散与运动中的位错交互作用的结果,与原始状态析出相的存在无关. Tension tests of 3004 aluminum alloy were carried out in a range of strain rates from 5.56 × 10-5 s-1 to 5.56 × 10-3 s-1 and temperatures from 223 K to 773 K. The micromechanism of dynamic strain aging (DSA) of the materials was studied by calculation activation energy, internal friction and microstructure. The results show that there is internal friction temperature peak. The dislocation in the specimen forms a typical tangle structure and the existence of Mg element in that location is observed after dynamic strain aging. The phenomenon of DSA of the 3004 aluminum alloy is controlled by the interaction between Mg solute atom atmosphere and the moving dislocation.
