摘要
为了深入研究含铜钢的时效析出强化规律,利用透射电镜观察了Fe-1.15%Cu高纯净钢固溶态的微观组织形貌,探讨了含铜钢固溶态基体特性对时效析出行为的影响。结果表明,含铜高纯净钢固溶处理后,铜溶质原子并非均匀分布于铁素体基体,而是以一种不均匀的短程有序形式存在。有序畴的存在可为随后的时效析出创造有利条件,从而对含铜钢的时效强化行为产生一定影响。
In order to investigate aging precipitation rules of Cu-containing steels, transmission electron microscopy (TEM) was used to observe the microstructure of high purity Fe-1.15% Cu steel. The effect of structure character of the as-solutioned steel on its aging precipitation was analyzed. The results show that copper is not distributed uniformly in ferrite matrix after solution treatment, but exists as a kind of uneven short distance ordering domain, the existence of which can benefit for the following aging and affects the aging strengthening behavior of the steel consequently.
