齿轮钢(ZF7)稀土催化低温熔融渗硫处理及摩擦学性能研究 被引量:1

Tribological Properties of Sulfide Layer on ZF7 Steel Produced by Low Temperature Liquid Sulphurization Catalyzed with Rare Earth

摘要 将稀土催化低温熔融渗硫工艺应用于经渗碳淬火处理的18CrMnBH钢,采用扫描电镜和能谱分析了渗层结构和厚度;在环-块摩擦磨损试验机上测定了干摩擦条件下渗硫层的摩擦学性能。结果表明:渗硫层为层状多孔结构;渗层具有良好的减摩效果,但随着载荷增大减摩作用逐渐减弱;渗层能阻碍摩擦学白层的产生,进而有效的提高ZF7钢的耐磨性,大载荷作用下,耐磨性提高更为显著。 Low temperature liquid sulphurization process catalyzed with Rare Earth was applied to 18CrMnBH steel. The structure and thickness of the sulfide layers were analyzed with SEM. The tribological properties of the sulfide layers under dry sliding against GCr15 were investigated on a block-ring friction tester. The results show that the sulfide layers are loose and porous. The sulfide layer exhibits a much lower friction coefficient as compared with that of untreated sample, however, the beneficial effect is reduced with the increase of load. The sulfide layers can prevent the formation of tribological white layer, thereby enhance the wearability of ZF7 steel, and it is more visible under heavy load.
