摘要 在我国随着工业化城市化的进程,人民生活水平逐步提高,结直肠癌的发生率也呈现升高趋势．目前已经明确饮食因素是影响结直肠癌发生的重要环境因素之一．近年来的研究发现增加饮食中钙和维生素D的含量有助于预防结直肠癌的发生,并已作为预防药物用于临床试验．我们就钙剂、维生素D在预防结直肠癌发生发展中的作用机制及其临床应用作一综述．
