摘要
目的:探讨脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)转颈试验对后循环缺血的诊断意义。方法:对60例后循环缺血眩晕间歇期患者分别作 BAEP常规检测和转颈试验,并与40例正常人对照。结果:后循环缺血组BAEP常规检测阳性率26．7％,转颈试验阳性率91．7％,与对照组比较均有极显著差异。结论:转颈试验可提高BAEP的阳性率,对后循环缺血诊断有重要参考意义。
Objective： To explore the significance of neck rotation test of brainstem auditory evoked potentials （BAEP） in patients with back circulatory-system ischemia（BCI）. Methods： BAEP of routine examining and neck rotation test were separately performed in 60 patients with BCI and 40 normal controls. Results： Positivity rate of BAEP routine examining was 26. 7% ,Positivity rate of rotation test of BAEP was 91.7% in BCI group. A significant difference was noted as compared with the control group. Conclusion：Neck rotation test could increase the positivity rate of BAEP and might be of significance for the diagnosis of BCI.
