摘要
目的:探讨合并糖尿病的食管贲门癌患者的外科治疗。方法:对1995年4月-2005年4月在我院进行手术治疗的48例合并糖尿病的食管贲门癌患者的临床资料作回顾性分析。结果:48例患者围手术期血糖控制范围:5.6-9.0mmol/L,尿糖:+-++。无手术死亡,无严重并发症,所有病例全部顺利渡过围手术期。结论:合理应用胰岛素,将血糖控制在一定范围,合并糖尿病的食管贲门癌患者能够安全渡过围手术期。
Objective: To investigate the management of surgical treatment of esophageal and cardiac carcinoma with diabetes. Methods: From April 1995 to April 2005,48cases of esophageal and cardiac carcinoma with diabetes were underwent operation in our hospital,their clinical date were analyzed retrospectively. Results: The blood glucose level of 48 cases was controlled between5. 6 mmol/L to 9. 0mmol/ L, the urine glucose was controlled between + to ++. There were no operative deaths,no serious complication during perioperative period. Concision:The patients of esophageal and cardiac carcinoma with diabetes can pass perioperative period safely if their blood glucose could be adjusted to a reasonable level by using insuline correctly.
