摘要 目的:探讨尿毒症血液透析患者C-反应蛋白(CRP)与营养状态及心血管疾病的关系。方法:检测37例尿毒症血液透析患者透析前静脉血CRP、血浆白蛋白(Alb)、转铁蛋白(TRF)及脂蛋白a(Lpa)。根据透析前CRP水平分为正常组(CRP≤5mg/L)和升高组 (CRP>5mg/L)。结果:CRP增高组Alb、TRF明显下降并与CRP呈负相关;Lpa升高,与CRP呈正相关。结论:尿毒症血透患者血清 CRP是炎症反应较好的预测指标,炎症反应在营养不良和心血管疾病中起重要作用。 Objective: To evaluate the association among C-reactive protein(CRP) ,malnutrition and cardiovascular risk in uremic patients with hemodialysis. Methods: Plasma CRP,albumin(Alb), transferrin(TRF) and appliporteina a(Lp, were measured before hemodialysis in 37 uremic patients. All patients were divided into normal group (CRP≤5mg/L) or abnormal group(CRP〉5mg/L). Results: Plasma CRP concentration before hemodialysis were negatively correlated with Alb and TRF,and positively correlated with Lpa. Conclusion:CRP can be used as better markers of inflammation in hemodialysis patients. Inflammation plays an important role in malnutrition and cardiovascular disease.
