摘要
采用人血浆低密度脂蛋白（ＬＤＬ）氧化反应体外实验体系，通过测定电泳相对迁移率（ＲＥＭ）和脂质过氧化物（ＬＰＯ）含量，研究云芝多糖的抗氧化作用。结果显示ＲＥＭ定性和ＬＰＯ定量试验的结果基本一致，均表明云芝多糖具有明显的抗氧化作用。
The low densidty lipoprotein(LDL) oxidation reaction system of human plasma was studicd in vitro for the antioxygenic activity of polystictus versicolor polysaccharide by testing the relative electrophoretic mobility(REM) and the contents of lipid peroxides(LPO).The results showed that the polysaccharide of polystietus versicolor have apparent antioxygenic activity and also demonst rated the results of REM and contents of LPO are nearly the same.
