老年人肺癌术后低钠血症1例分析

摘要 低钠血症是临床上常见的电解质紊乱之一,特别在老年人中,年龄每增加10岁,血钠平均值比年轻人降低1 mmol/L.因慢性病住院的患者,22.5%有低钠血症[1].本文分析14例肺癌术后老年人,其出现的低钠血症由于及时筛查皮质醇激素得以正确诊断和治疗.
