心肌组织多普勒显像技术在心脏再同步化治疗中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 20世纪90年代,心脏再同步化治疗(cardiac resynchronization therapy,CRT)开始用于治疗心力衰竭,并显示了出色的临床疗效.心衰晚期往往伴有房室或室间室内传导阻滞,导致心脏收缩运动不同步,单纯药物治疗效果不佳.心脏再同步化治疗通过植入永久起搏器,优化心脏房室间、心室间和心室内运动的激动时相,恢复心脏运动的电-机械同步性.众多研究[1]证实,对充血性心力衰竭伴室内传导组滞患者,CRT可以改善心功能、运动耐量、生活质量,降低住院率及住院时间,心衰相关的死亡危险性减低[2].CRT加植入式心脏复律除颤器(CRT-ICD)治疗者,心衰相关的病死率也降低.
