摘要
巴西橡胶树离体快繁可以培育出优良品种的自根无性系,从而避免砧木的不良影响,还能繁殖出整齐一致的砧木无性系,用于生产及理论研究。然而巴西橡胶树茎段接种时污染相当严重,有时甚至高达100%。本试验采用杀菌剂及抗生素对外植体进行预处理,结果表明:与对照相比,1g/L多菌灵和800mg/L羧苄青霉素钠、500mg/L噻孢霉素混合后处理外植体,真菌污染率下降了55.29个百分点,细菌污染率下降了4.58个百分点。
In vitro propagation of Hevea brasiliensis (Willdenow ex A. Jussieu) Mueller-Argoviensis can produce superior clones with their own root system, which avoids the bad effect of rootstocks and also produces uniform rootstock clones for research and application. But contamination is serious in the stem culture of H. brasiliensis, sometimes 100%. Experiments were made in which a mixture of germicides and antibiotics was used to control contamination. The results showed that compared to the control, pretreatment of the stem with the mixture of 1 g/L Mercuric chloride + 800 mg/L Carbenicillin Na2 + 500 mg/L Cefotaxime Na Salt reduced fungi contamination by 55.29 per cent, and bacteria contamination by 4.58 per cent.
