摘要 在溶液培养条件下,研究了不同BO33-浓度对烤烟生长和养分吸收的影响。结果表明,营养液中BO33-浓度为0.50-2.00 mg/L的各处理烤烟的株高和干物质的积累量高于其他3个处理。不同BO33-浓度下烤烟各器官对钾的吸收最多,氮次之,磷最少。BO33-浓度为0.50-2.00 mg/L的各处理,烤烟各器官对氮磷钾的吸收量明显高于其他处理。缺硼(BO33-<0.50 mg/L)或硼浓度过高(BO33-≥200 mg/L)时都会抑制烤烟的生长发育、干物质和养分的积累。 A solution culture experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of BO3^3- concentration on the growth and nutrient absorption of tobacco . The results showed that the plant height and dry matter accumulation was higher than that of the other treatments as BO3^3- concentration was 0.50-2.00 mg/ L. The uptake of K2O was the highest, followed by N, and the lowest was P2O5 in different tobacco organs under different BO3^3- concentrations. The uptake of N,P2O5 and K2O of different tobacco organs was higher than that of the other treatments when BO3^3- concentration was 0.50-2.00 mg/ L. The growth and the accumulation of dry matter and nutrient of tobacco were restrained with boron absence( BO3^3-〈 0.50
