Vocational colleges that have merged and reformed in order to get adapted to the new requirements of running a vocational college must set up a set of bibliographic databases with their own characteristics. The paper has expounded the importance and necessity of improving the quality of bibliographic databases and a series of measures and methods, and put emphasis on matters that merit our attention during the process of implementation.
