摘要
审读是科技期刊出版的首要工作。对科技论文的审读包括形式审查和内容审查,除了要界定投稿范围,核实符合版权、保密、专利要求,确定文章体裁外,还要从政治思想性、专业水平、文字表达等到方面予以综合评鉴,重点审查新颖性、科学性、真实性、实效性等。
Examination of sci-tech paper is a primary work for a journal of science and technology. It involves layout and contents review as well as the approval ofa sci-tech paper. Except identification of its contents, we should also conduct examination of its copyright, confidential and patent requirements together with determination of a topic, a comprehensive evaluation and determination of its political ideology, professional level and word expression. The focus should be placed on a paper with creativity, scientific knowledge and truthfulness along with its actually effect.
