青钱柳中黄酮成分的研究

Studies on Flavones in the Leaves of Cyclocarya paliums (Batal.) Iljinsk

从青钱柳Cyclocarya paliums叶中分离得到四个黄酮类化合物,经鉴定为:槲皮素(Ⅰ),山柰酚(Ⅱ),山柰酚-7-O-α-L-鼠李糖(Ⅲ),山柰酚-4’-甲醚-7-O-β-D-甘露糖(Ⅳ)。化合物Ⅲ、Ⅳ为首次从该植物中分离得到。

To do investigation of flavones from the leaves of Cyclocarya paliums （ Batal. ） Iljinsk. The pure products were isolated by column chromatography of silica gel, thin layer chromatography of silica gel and column chromatography of Sephadex LH-20, their chemical structures were elucidated by NMR, IR and UV spectroscopic evidence. Four flavones were isolated from the leaves of Cyclocarya paliums. They are quercetin （ Ⅰ ） , kaempferol （ Ⅱ ） , kaempferol-7-O-ct-L-rhamnopyranosyl （ Ⅲ ）, and kaempferol-4＇ -methoxyl-7- O-β-D-mancopyranosyl （IV）. Compounds Ⅲ and IV are obtained for the first time from this plants.
