腹腔镜手术与开腹手术对宫外孕术后受孕率的影响

Fertility Influence after Laparoscopic Operation and Laparotomy in Octopic Oreganacy

目的比较宫外孕腹腔镜保守手术与传统开腹保守手术后宫内妊娠率。方法回访因宫外孕行腹腔镜保守手术及开腹保守手术治疗,且术后有生育要求患者共75例。其中腹腔镜组40例,开腹手术组35例。回访时间1218个月。结果腹腔镜组术后宫内妊娠25例(63%),再次宫外孕2例(5%);开腹手术组术后宫内妊娠15例(48%),再次宫外孕2例(5%)。结论腹腔镜手术后较传统手术后,有较高的宫内妊娠率,且并不增加再次宫外孕的机率。

Objective The purpose of our study is to compare the rate of intrauterine gestation between laparoscopic and Laparotomy in ectopic preganacy . Methods The patients with ectopic pregnancy under laparospic and abdomenial operation from Feb, 2002 to Dec, 2003 in our hospital were retrospected. All 75 patients had demand of pregnancy after operation. The cases in laparoscopic and Laparotomy were 40 and 35 respectively. Time of retrospective was 12 - 18 months. Results Intrauterine pregnancy in laparoscopic operation group was 25（63 % ） and the recurrent of ectopic pregnancy was 2（5 % ）. Intrauterine pregnancy in laparotomy group is was 15 （48 % ）. The recurrent of ectopic pregnancy was 2（2% ）. Conclusion There is a relatively high rate of pregnancy under laparoscopic operation in ectopic pregnancy compared with Laparotomy and there is no increasing rate of recurrent ectopic pregnancy observed.
