This article unveils the shortcomings of the current electricity law under the new market environment of power industey, investigating the requirements and the regulations of the new power market. Through the research on the new trend of the power industry and the regulations on the behaviors among the social entities, this article postulates the external characteristics and the internal structures of the new electricity law so as to provide the author＇s personal opinion on the appropriate legislations of the new power market.
