摘要
通过对固定床反应器内气体的化学反应过程、渗流流动过程、传热传质过程的分析与耦合,得到化学反应渗流场的基本方程组.详细推导了带有化学反应的渗流流动的能量方程,并对能量方程中各项进行说明.以氨的合成反应为例,写出了化学动力学各方程的具体形式.
The process of chemical reaction of the gas in the fixed-bed reactor, flow through porous media, heat transfer, mass transfer in fixed-bed reactor are analyzed and coupled. The fundamental equations of flow through porous media with chemical reaction are obtained in paper. The energy equation of flow through porous media with chemical reaction is evolved in detail, and each term in energy equation is explained. The equations of chemical dynamics are written according to the example of synthetic ammonia in the paper.
