摘要 PML-RARα融合基因通过其转录抑制作用而诱发APL已基本得到认可,但其引发APL的机制是错综复杂的,在PML-RARα融合基因的致病过程中,必须有其他因素的共同参与才能导致APL.同时PML-RARα融合蛋白上存在着抗原性,PML-RARα多肽可诱导特异性免疫应答,为免疫治疗的研究提供了可能性.
