跟骨关节内骨折的微创治疗及随访 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨经皮撬拨复位克氏针内固定治疗跟骨关节内骨折的疗效.方法 30例跟骨关节内骨患者以经皮撬拨复位克氏针内固定治疗,观察其疗效.结果随访12～24月,效果满意,主要表现为患足功能良好,活动无明显异常,足跟高度恢复,Margland Foot Score 评分:优9例,良17例,可4例,差0例,总优良率86.7%,无明显并发症.结论经皮撬拨复位克氏针内固定治疗跟骨关节内骨折是一种简单、有效的治疗方法,可根据医院的条件及患者的情况选择应用.
