固尔苏防治早产儿肺透明膜病的临床观察

摘要 目的探讨肺表面活性物质(PS)固尔苏在防治早产儿肺透明膜病(HMD)中的临床作用.方法58例胎龄小于34周早产儿,实验组28例于生后6h内应用PS,对照组30例无应用PS仅作常规处理.比较两组用药后20h(或生后约24h)X线胸片结果、机械通气时间、并发症发生率的差异,评价应用PS防治早产儿HMD的作用.结果两组病例生后24h的X线胸片异常发生率、平均应用呼吸机时间、住院天数、死亡率均有显著性差异(p<0.05);并发症中肺炎发生率有显著性差异(p<0.05).结论早产儿应用固尔苏可有效预防HMD的发生,对已发生HMD者可明显改善症状,减少并发症,降低死亡率.
