响应《京都议定书》,减少发电过程的CO_2排放

摘要 《京都议定书》尽管在2012年前的第一承诺期未对发展中国家提出减排任务,但我国由于排放的绝对量大,因而受到的压力越来越大。我国的电站设备生产企业,可通过提高发电设备效率、调整产品结构来减少CO2排放。文章介绍了《京都议定书》对各国的温室气体减排配额、CDM机制、温室气体对气候影响的两种学说,以及中国温室气体的排放情况,并着重对上海电气集团生产的发电设备的CO2减排情况进行了分析比较。 Thought no emission abatement duty was assigned to the developing countries by the “Kyoto Protocal” at the end of the first commitment period before 2012, China will still suffer increasingly high pressure due to the big absolute quantity of emission. The CO2 emission can be reduced by the power station equipment production enterprises by enhancing the efficiency of the power generation equipment and also by adjusting the product constructions. In this paper, the duty of (?02 reduction set by the “Kyoto Protocal”, the CDM mechanism, the two prevalent theories concerning the impact of the greenhouse gas upon the weather and finally the emission condition of the greenhouse gas in China are recommended, focusing upon the analysis and comparison of the CO2 reduction conditions realized by the power generation equipment manufactured by the Shanghai Electric Group.
