摘要 中国是世界第一产煤大国,煤矿中排放的甲烷CH4量占世界煤矿排放总量的45%。我国完全可以利用国外煤矿排气CH4发电技术,提高回收能源利用率。介绍了该技术的分类、CH4的氧化机理及主辅燃料的应用。综述了煤矿排气CH4的减排和利用技术,尤其是CH4氧化技术在技术可行性、工程适用性和CH4氧化所释放热能的回收利用技术方面的发展及现状。分析认为,煤矿排气CH4浓度和流量的变化,对其排放率和利用技术,有着显著的影响,而贫烧燃气轮机技术是最经济的使用排气CH4作为补充燃料的CH4减排和利用技术。 China is the largest coal production country in the world and accounts for 45% of the worldwide coal mine CH4 emission quantity. The overseas power generation technology with the methane contained in the coal mine exhaust as fuel can surely be made use of by our country to enhance the utilization rate of the recovered energy. The classification of the above-mentioned technology, the mechanism of the methane oxidation and the use of main and auxiliary fuel have been recommended. The emission reduction and utilization technology of the methane contained in the coal mine exhaust especially the technical feasibihty and engineering adaptibility of the CH4 oxidation technology and also the status quo and future development of recovery and utilization technology of the thermal energy released by the CH4 oxidation have been summarized. According to analysis, the variation of the concentration and flow of the methane contained in the coal mine exhaust have a notable impact upon its emission rate and utilization technology. Moreover the lean combustion gas turbine technology proves the most economical methane emission reduction and utilization technology with exhaust methane used as auxiliary fuel.
