摘要
论述了我国水库大坝安全面临的新形势,介绍了风险评价技术和风险管理在水库大坝安全方面的应用,强调了小型水库的安全问题以及安全监测技术在防洪减灾和洪水资源利用中的应用。
The new developments the dams and reservoirs are facing have been stated in this paper. Moreover, the technology of risk assessment and risk management appling to dam and reservoir safety are introduced, particularly for small reservoirs. Finally, the authors pay much attention to the the monitoring technology for flood-control and disaster reducing and water resources.
