摘要
目的寻找简便高效的液相色谱法同时测定青霉素钠与地塞米松磷酸钠的浓度。方法采用外标法进行含量测定,色谱柱为SymmetryC18柱(4.6mm×150mm,5.0μm);流动相为0.02mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液(用磷酸调pH至3.1)—甲醇(38∶62);流速1ml/min;检测波长242nm。结果该方法下青霉素钠与地塞米松磷酸钠线性范围分别为0.1842~12.2800mg/ml,1.8~120.0μg/ml;平均回收率分别为98.8%,99.2%;标准曲线相关性良好。结论本法操作简便,结果准确,适合实际应用。
Objective To establish a simple method of detecting the content of Benzylpenicillin Sodium and Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate simultaneously by method of high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Methods Drug content was detected by external reference method with analytical colunm Symmetry C18 column(4.6mm×150mm,5.0μm),mobile phase 0.02 mol/L Potassium Dihydrogen Phosphaten Solution (pH was adjusted to 3.1 with Phosphoric acid)-Methanol (38:62),flow rate 1ml/min and detection wavelelength 242nm.Results By this method,the linear ranges of Benzylpenicillin Sodium and Dexanwthasone Sodium Phosphate are 0.1842 -12.2800mg,/ml and 1.8-120.0μg,/ml respectively.The average recovery rate of Benzylpenieillin Sodium and Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate were 98.8% and 99.2% respectively. The calibration curve presents good linearity. Conclusion It proves a simple, accurate method and suitable for application.
