摘要
在魏晋南北朝时期中国四分五裂的背景下,苏绰在思想、政治、经济方面提出的施政方针和措施,促进了贫弱的西魏、北周政权的强大,为统一北方以至后来中国的统一打下了基础。苏绰对中国重新统一的历史进程起到了推动作用。
The political administration guiding principles and steps Su Chuo proposed in ideas, politics, economy, and military affairs in the particular period of disintegration of Wei Jin Nan Bei Chao, promoted the political power of the feeble Xi Wei and Northern Zhou dynasties. This practice established a strong foundation for the unity of Northern China as well as the unity of the whole nation afterwards. Su Chuo phyed a leading role in the course of history for China＇s re-unification.
