利培酮治疗双相障碍躁狂发作的系统评价

Systematic Review of Risperidone in the Treatment for Bipolar Disorder

目的通过系统评价了解目前国内关于利培酮治疗躁狂症的研究状况以及治疗效果。方法检索国内9篇关于利培酮治疗躁狂症的研究论文,应用系统评价方法进行评估。结果在9项研究中有5项对照研究。利培酮治疗效应相当明显(ES=1.08～5.07),但是其疗效与对照药物氯氮平差异不显著(2χ=0.15～2.79,P>0.05),而副作用显著少于对照药物,差异显著(Z=4.315,P<0.01)。结论利培酮治疗躁狂症效果比较可靠,副作用少,联合治疗效果可能更好,但需要设计完好的研究进一步证明。

Objective To understand domestic study status of Risperidol in the treatment for mania and its efficacy by systematic review, Methods The 9 papers about Risperidol in the treatment of mania were indexed and reviewed by evidence-based medicine. Results There were 5 papers of controlled studies in 9 papers. The effect size of Rispefidol in the treatment of mania was significant （ES=1.08-5.07）, but no difference in treatment was found compared to controlled drugs（x^2=0.15-2.79,P〉0.05）. The side effects were significantly less than that of controlled drags（Z=4.315, P〈 0.01 ）, Conclusion Rispefidol is one of good drugs that treat mania with less side effects. It should be better to combine Risperidol with mood stabilizers. And good design should be needed to prove further effects of Rispefidol in the treatment of mania.
